Lazy Town

I'm pretty sure I fell asleep for a few minutes with my eyes open.
Yep, waking up without having to open my eyes...a whole new level of lazy.

Sunshine Lollipops Red Roses too

Ok that's a lie.
I don't have lollipops.
Or red roses.
But sunshine is here.
And sunshine makes me as happy as if I actually did have lollipops and red roses.

My washing will be dry, my vitamin d intake will be up, my skin will be on the whiter side of translucent, and my face will be smiling.

So the moral of that story is:
If it's a dull and dreary day, bring me lollipops and red roses.

Friendly kiwis

Living in Australia means being surrounded by a lot of Australians.
Now don't get me wrong, I love Australians...they're so pretty and funny.
But there's just something about friends from your homeland which bring a new dimension of awesomeness.

And in the last 10 days, it's been kiwiriffic.
2 dinners, a comedy show and rugby league with Laura and Bren.
2 dinners, multiple airport trip hangouts, eating chocolate and playingwithmyhousematescattimes with Ken and Sarah.
1 dinner with Caro and Tree.
And to top it all off, I'm going to see Caro again...and not only will we eat dinner, but she's agreed to play frisbee with me.

food travel life indeed

The end of bloglessness...the beginning of blogoverkill

So I just had a quick squiz at my blog.
And I saw that I haven't done a single post in over 1/3 of a year.
Which really is quite terrible.
Not for any of you.
This has probably been the best 1/3 year of your life. No constant Facebook updates and/or emails telling you to read something you don't care about.

But I'm going to change all that.
From April 29th 2013 I'm going to AIM to write a daily blog about SOMETHING.
It could be an event from the day.
It could be a recipe.
It could be an interesting fact.
It could be a memory.
It could be a joke.
It could be a note of thankfulness.
It could be ANYTHING.

So get ready world.
This blog is about to get all crazy up in here.
